Redcar Contemporary Art Gallery (RCCAG), located in the beautiful Tees Valley, North Yorkshire, offers a vibrant space for both established and early-career artists of all ages to showcase their work, connect with other creatives, and exchange ideas, skills, and knowledge. Situated on the seafront with stunning coastal views, our gallery is family and dog-friendly, welcoming groups large or small with open arms. With free admission, RCCAG invites visitors to explore exhibitions featuring both UK and international artists, who share their practices with the local art community.
For those interested in purchasing contemporary art, we offer a selection of works for sale, with convenient pay-in-instalment packages available.
RCCAG also hosts a variety of art classes and workshops, catering to all skill levels, along with a self-funded artist residency.

Our mission is to empower artists to raise their voices on contemporary issues and engage directly with the community and those in power.
The Redcar Contemporary Art Group is situated in the RCCAG building. The group's mission is to convey collective voices about issues of our time, through art and art related activities for social change. Redcar Contemporary Art Group develops and delivers projects by working with professional and early career artists as well as the local community.
